Hi there! SUB-LEASER NEEDED for the winter semester. Could work out a situation where we split first months rent since I leave in February. Anyone welcome, 3 guys live here who are all real chill.

I am headed out of the country for a study abroad program, and need someone to fill my room a while. I am flexible on the time period. I need it filled starting in April(negotiable) until the end of July. The apartment is a town house, and is the in the very back which provides a little more privacy than some of the other building. It has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room, closets, and a washer and dryer room. You would have your own room and bathroom. It is a very nice place to live, with a lot to do within the complex including a movie theater, workout room/gym, game room with pool darts and video games, a coffee shop, and a common room with big screen tv's and a study area. The apartment is furnished so it comes with a bed, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and furniture. Most everything you would need is already here!
